Return & Exchange Policy We accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances: - You received a damaged, defective or leaked perfume/attar bottle. - You received a product different from the one you ordered. - You received an incomplete order or a missing item. - The product was damaged during transit. Important: Customers must report any delivery-related issue within 48 hours of receiving the order. 2. Products Not Eligible for Return Due to the personal-care and hygiene nature of fragrance products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: - Perfumes or attars that have been opened or used. - Products with broken seals or tampered packaging. - Products returned without original packaging. - Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer. - Products purchased during special clearance or final-sale offers, except where required by applicable law. If you simply dislike the fragrance after opening or using the product, it will not qualify for a return or refund. 3. Return Conditions To qualify for an eligible return or exchange: - The product must be unused and in its original condition. - Original packaging, labels and seals must be intact. - The customer must provide the order ID and relevant photographs. - The return request must be approved by our customer support team before sending the product back. 4. Unboxing Video Requirement For complaints related to damaged, leaked, missing or incorrect products, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video.
